🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily operations for Med-Surg and Telemetry units, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care.
• Lead and mentor nursing staff, fostering accountability and teamwork.
• Ensure continuous readiness for surveys and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Drive performance improvement initiatives focused on safety, outcomes, and patient satisfaction.
• Oversee inpatient dialysis operations, ensuring appropriate equipment and protocols are maintained.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation with fiscal responsibility.

🔹 Qualifications
• Current California RN license.
• BSN required.
• Proven hospital leadership experience at the Manager or Director level.
• Strong clinical foundation in Med-Surg and/or Telemetry (dialysis oversight preferred, or willingness to learn).
• Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
