Great question. You should ask “why” to any recruiting firm you are vetting. We are local, boutique and have market expertise. What this translates to is we have a vested interest in this market so we cannot jeopardize any relationship. We understand this market from a business standpoint and have intimate relationships most do not have. And when you work with us you get to work directly with the President and you are treated like a VIP. Speak to us. No one who agrees with our recruitment philosophies has ever decided not to work with us. 

But still, how do I know your company is good at what you? How do I know you are legitimate?


Whether you are a CEO, CNO, Pharmacy Director, ER Manager, etc we can have you speak to more than 10 people we work with in the industry that you know of to speak to our success. This is the easiest litmus test to find out if a company is legit. Try this on another recruiting firm that is pursuing you, see what kind of responses you get. The proof is in the pudding.

Does it cost anything to be represented by you?


Nothing. 0. Zilch. Nada. There is no catch. We obviously get paid by the employer, but there is no obligation financially from you. The only obligation we ask from you is that you are open, optimistic, and honest with us.

What are the benefits to being represented by a recruiter as opposed to applying online?

  1. Your Resume Is Seen: When you apply online you are essentially putting your resume into a pile of literally hundreds of resumes of typically people that are unqualified. There is a chance your resume isn’t even seen because of inundation or if your resume does not have trigger words that are programmed into the organizations hiring system it won’t get funneled through⁣
  2. We lobby for you: We are your representatives. We go to bat for you. We make sure that when you are presented you are presented with the strongest packet tailored to the organization and opportunity and you are not being undersold.⁣
  3. Experienced Negotiators: If it comes to this point in the process you don’t have to be put in an uncomfortable place to negotiate with your future employer or boss. We have a track record of successfully working with these organizations and individuals and know how to get our clients the best offer possible.⁣

I have heard stimags that recruiters push people into jobs they don’t want. Can you speak to that?


We have been more than aware of this for the last decade and that is why if a job is not right for you for whatever reason you have our blessing. We will share with you on our first call that we have never and will never push anyone into a job. It doesn’t make sense. In the end you wouldn’t be happy and neither would the employer. In the end we would lose. All our business is local and repeat and it would destroy our reputation and our success as a company. 

If I don't want to continue with the interview process at any point, even if I were to get an offer how would you deal with this?


First off, you have our blessing at any point if you don’t want to continue. Interviewing is like dating, you cannot force two people to be together if it is not a fit and if you need to say goodbye it is best for both parties. Why waste time, energy, and emotions? What we find is when most people turn down jobs on their own or bow out they leave a bad taste in the employers mouth and it can end up hurting their reputation in this business The industry is small, so we know how important it is to maintain your reputation. We will make sure you bow out gracefully without the folks you met with feeling dejected. 

Recruiters never get back to me, I am constantly left in the dark in the process?


This is the worst. We have heard this literally thousands of times for a decade straight. Whether there is good news, bad news or no news-we will keep you up to date. We know folks would rather hear “no, it didn’t work out” than to be left on uncertainty island.  We take pride in our constant communication and you can read our testimonials for more.

How do you find most of your candidates?


We do not post on job boards. Most of our clients are repeat or referrals. We also proudly cold call passive candidates in the market. The best time to explore a job is when you have one and you are happy because you can make a calculated decision comparing apples to apples if a new opportunity will serve you better than your current.

If I am looking out of state can you assist me?


We have one of the largest recruiting networks in the country. We know Infection Control specialist recruiting firms, Laboratory, NP’s, Surgery Leadership, Executives etc. We refer folks to other companies all the time if what they need is aligned with that companies focus and expertise.
